The word is out! The new brewery and gastropub that will be going in to the old Lemonaid Auto space (5th and Birch) in Downtown Camas is going to be called Grains of Wrath and will have amazing brews, great food, and a cool rock vibe! It will have a restaurant with a small but creative menu, 10 barrel brewery, and a bar with select liquor as well to add to the options. It will have a raw industrial feel and the music will range from “metal to punk to old school hip-hop” (not super loud–just part of the cool ambience!).
Mike Hunsaker of the award winning Fat Head’s Brewing in Portland will be the master brewer and is partnering with some of our favorite downtown folks in this venture–Shawn Parker and Brendan Ford from Fuel Medical and Brendan Greenen, the owner of Caps N’ Taps in Downtown Camas. Look for some amazing things to come out of this brewery.
We can’t wait to see this space transform! They are aiming for a summer 2017 opening. For the full article in The New School Beer with lots more details and information, click here!
