Start your morning with a hot latte and pastry at Caffe Piccolo right in the heart of downtown. Sit outside if it’s nice and enjoy the people, colorful landscaping, and beautiful large shade trees. You can also enjoy the bean-to-cup experience at coffee house Hidden River Roasters. If you need more, treat yourself to a hearty breakfast at Natalia’s Café and feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Their warm cinnamon roll French toast is a must-have!

After you’re full and happy, it’s time to shop!  Juxtaposition will delight all your senses with beautiful furniture, quality gifts, and home décor. Step into Arktana—a women’s shoe and clothing store offering a great selection of current and comfortable fashions, and next door into Allure Boutique, which has ladies’ clothing that feels as fantastic as it looks.  Across the street, you’ll find the Camas Gallery, where you can peruse various art pieces by local artists. Bring home something from Camas! Above this gallery is a substantial mural by a master Italian painter depicting historic Camas in 1912.  On Cedar Street, you’ll find the Attic Gallery and the chance to experience even more exquisite art. Art lover’s paradise! Two blocks up is The Soap Chest, where all the soaps and skincare are handmade on-site—perfect natural gifts made in Camas. Make your way one block up to 6th & Birch; you’ll find the cutest little shop, The Pink Room Boutique, where you’ll find adorable and trendy fashions. On your way back down the street to 4th Ave., stop by Bookish  (on 5th Ave.) to find the perfect book for your favorite person!

Just down the street, by the town fountain, is our sweet little bronze girl you can sit next to and relax. Papermaker Pride is on the corner and provides the perfect Camas, PNW clothing, and gifts to bring home. Sasquatch is a thing! A short jaunt down Cedar leads you to Navidi’s Olive Oil and Vinegar shop, where you can try anything from Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil to gorgeous Ripe Summer Peach Balsamic Vinegar. Taste away! Next door is Periwinkle’s Toy Shoppe, with everything you need to make a child’s day, including Periwinkle the Dragon, who uniquely greets you!

Heading down 4th, you’ll encounter the incomparable Camas Antiques, a mecca of all things vintage, antique, retro, repurposed, and upcycled. They carry plenty of new gifts and clothing items as well. Across the street, pop into Lily Boutique, a women’s clothing store known for its impeccable style and customer service. Right next door is a Truly Scrumptious sweet shop that will satisfy any treat craving! Poppy & Hawk is just a few steps further and offers a unique, well-curated mix of gifts and décor that blend the Southwest with the Pacific Northwest. Sweet Intention Gift Boutique is across the street, where you will find gourmet chocolate, gifts, local art, and whimsy for all ages.

By now, you’re hungry for a snack or lunch and have options! The smoothies at Squeeze & Grind are a delicious favorite for young and old. How about good old-fashioned American favorites at Adams Bar & Grill, a gourmet burger and brew at Grains of Wrath, or exquisite sushi or butterfish at Tommy O’sCedar Street Bagel offers New York-style bagels and sandwiches (may we suggest the Loxy or The Jack?). All delicious and local.

Dinner options are plentiful, including award-winning steak and seafood at Feast at 316, beer and delicious food items at Caps N’ Taps, or tasty Mexican-inspired cuisine at Nuestra Mesa. Try their house-made ginger margaritas and fresh chips and guacamole! Salud Italian Dining and Wine Bar serves authentic, delicious Italian cuisine and plenty of small-town hospitality. They also have Giatti’s Speakeasy in the back! Ask the Salud staff for the password to get in :).

Stop in to catch the game or weekend live music at A Beer at a Time or a classic cocktail and live music at Birch Street Uptown Lounge. Stroll back up 4th Avenue and take in the tree and roofline lighting that make Downtown Camas magical at night.
