Chocolate treats, art shows, candy themed activities, after hours shopping, prizes, and more will all be a part of the First Friday event in Downtown Camas on February 7th, 5-8pm.
Join us to celebrate two new businesses in Downtown Camas! The community is invited to the Ribbon Cuttings of Backpacker Pizza, 421 NE Cedar, at 5pm and Expressions Fashion Resale and Exchange, 232 NE 4th Ave, at 5:30pm.
The First Friday evening’s activities include:
- Guess the candy jar amounts in each participating location and be entered to win the candy, gift cards and other great Valentine’s themed prizes!
- Art Hearts Scavenger Hunt!
- Try special heart healthy chocolate samples from Downtown Camas chocolate maker and Camas Farmer’s Market Vendor DownLow Chocolates
- Play Would You Rather, Valentines Day Edition!
- Downtown businesses will be serving and selling chocolate delights and other romantic gifts with wine and specials at select locations as well
- Play the Candy Bar Spin to Win Game! Mmmm
- Take a selfie with “Nick & Tami” (Happy 7th Anniversary to the darling wedding couple–they got married at First Friday in 2018 and now bring their sons to First Fridays!) Show us the selfie and get entered to win a fun Valentine’s basket!
- Art receptions with refreshments with wine and chocolate: Gallery 408 , 408 NE 4th, RedDoor Gallery 411 NE Dallas, and the Second Story Gallery, 625 NE 4th
- Kids’ craft & themed games and Legos at the DCA tables in Journey, 304 NE 4th
- Shop late! Special sales and live music throughout downtown shops and restaurants!
