A FUN-FILLED FIRST FRIDAY;
CAMAS POKER TOUR AND GAME NIGHT WITH AN ALICE IN WONDERLAND THEME
Camas, WA, July 2nd, 2027— Everyone is invited to come play at the 20th annual Camas Poker Tour & Game Night in Downtown Camas with an Alice in Wonderland theme, held this month on the “Second” Friday, in observance of the 4th of July holiday. Hosted on July 2nd from 5-8pm and sponsored by Camas Antiques, this event includes a free family-friendly “poker tour”, a variety of Alice in Wonderland-themed games and activities throughout town, as well as art openings, live music, shopping and dining specials and more.
The Camas Poker Tour is a fan favorite and here’s how it works:
- Start your night by picking up a Camas Poker Tour & Game Night Passport from the Downtown Camas Association (DCA) tables inside Fuel Medical, 314 NE Brich St.
- Have fun answering Alice in Wonderland themed trivia questions throughout town in participating merchants.
- Return your passport to the DCA table to get a “card” that says how many poker cards you will be dealt. The more places you visit, the better your odds of a winning hand.
- Show this “card” to the Camas Antiques dealing tables by 8pm and they will deal your poker hand.
- Prizes donated by merchants go to the 5 highest hands!
Other activities include:
- Dress in Alice in Wonderland attire & be entered to win a fabulous Alice in Wonderland inspired prize.
- Free Cotton Candy and yard games with Grace Church.
- Pin the Grin on the Cheshire Cat game with volunteers from the Downtown Camas Association
- Alice in Wonderland themed games throughout Downtown including Alice’s Rabbit Hole Toss, Flamingo Croquet, Queen of Hearts Card War, White Rabbit Dice and Mad Hatter Rollers. Games are fun for all ages.
- Art Shows and Exhibitions at Attic Gallery, 419 NE Cedar St; Gallery 408, 408 NE 4th Ave, featuring the new show “In the Presence of Horses”; RedDoor Gallery, 411 NE Dallas; and Second Story Gallery, 625 NE 4th, featuring artists from Camas High Schools. Live Music and outdoor dining at Nuestra Mesa, 228 NE 4th, and live music at Lane Cellars, 340 NE 4th Ave.
